How to Submit Applications: Application packages may be emailed to applications@rmgsouthflorida.com or dropped off at Renaissance Management Group. Application fees must be submitted by cashier’s check or money order payable to Castle #12 Condominium, Inc.

Important: Incomplete applications will not be accepted.
No closing, leasing, move-in, or occupancy may occur before written Association approval is issued.

Affidavits

Some title companies may require an Association affidavit as part of the closing process. Affidavit requests must be submitted to management by email for review and signature coordination.

How to Submit an Affidavit Request

1. Email the request to info@rmgsouthflorida.com

2. Attach the affidavit form that needs to be signed.

3. Make sure the unit information is already completed on the form.

4. Make sure any required instrument number or recording information is already included.

5. Management will review the request and coordinate the signature.

Important: The title company must provide the prepared affidavit form. Renaissance Management Group does not prepare the affidavit language.
